Learn the sensual art of belly dancing! Artemoción offers various Belly Dance Classes in Mellieha and Sliema. We offer courses all year long for beginners, intermediate and advanced levels for Classical Egyptian Belly Dance, Turkish Belly dancing, Modern and Cabaret Belly Dancing , Spanish Fusion and much more! Every year Artemoción organizes a special workshop which focuses on a particular style of Belly dance (such as Indian Fusion, Gypsy fusion, Tribal Belly Dance) or a particular aspect (such as the use of veils, sword balancing, zills, belly isolations and belly rolls). Artemoción works with international performers to ensure that our dancers are getting a broad knowledge of the dance style they are studying. Students of Artemoción are thought professional Belly Dance technique in all the stages- Beginner, intermediate and advanced level. We are also proud to give opportunities to shine and perform in shows and television, in Malta and abroad. Our Dance classes are held on a variety of days so that the student can find a level and a time which suits the time table. Private classes are also available. Corinne Turner is the resident teacher for Belly Dance. At the age of 13 she discovered Belly Dance in Tunisia and imported this beautiful dance to Malta. Corinne remains very faithful to the Tunisian Belly Dance technique but she also embraces other forms of Belly Dance such as Classical Egyptian and Turkish Belly Dancing. Corinne is invited in many important events in Malta such as the Notte Bianca(each year since the beginning of Notte Bianca in MALTA), Gran Ballo di Venezia, ljieli Melliehin and many others. Corinne has also been invited as a special guest in Many programmes such as XARABANK 2006, Show time 2007, Celebrity Sundays 2008, EURO SHOW BOX (2009), ALLEGRIA (2009), SINGLED-OUT (2009) and various times on Otello and Monalisa. The Artemoción dancers are invited every year to perform in various foreign countries especially in Europe and North Africa. In fact our Dance school holds a yearly show in Tunisia. In fact the Name Corinne Turner (al maltiyya) is quite known with the lovers of Belly dance in Sousse (Tunisia). |
